Q: Help! I didn’t receive my race day bib number?
A: U.S. residents were mailed their bib number and participant guide last week. If you did not receive it, don’t worry! You can pick up your bib number race morning at the Brigham tent. A valid government issued photo ID is required to claim or replace your bib number.
Q: There is inaccurate information on my bib, what should I do?
A: If inaccuracies appear on the bib number, or your bib number appears damaged, please visit the B.A.A. Athlete Services Tent near the start area on Boston Common on race day.

Q: What do I need to do as a virtual participant?
A: On June 2, you will be able to download the Good Move mobile app in preparation for the virtual race June 12 – 21.
How it works: Download the Good Move app, track your activity (each activity has an assigned point value), and when you earn 620 points (10K = 6.2 miles) you will have successfully completed your virtual race!
When: Log your activity during our 10 Days of 10K from June 12 – 21 (it doesn’t need to be done in one day – you can space the activities out over the course of 10 days).
Prizes: Everyone who completes the virtual race and earns 620 points will be entered into a chance drawing for a Run Brigham YETI plus the individual who gets the most points will get a Run Brigham YETI!

Q: When will I get my Team Brigham race day shirt?
A: All in-person and virtual runners who registered on TeamRaiser by May 16 are guaranteed their shirt size. After this date, shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis and sizes are not guaranteed. Virtual runner t-shirts are being mailed out via FedEx this week and in-person runner t-shirts will be mailed out via FedEx next week. If you do not receive your shirt in the mail by June 16, you can pick it up race morning at the Brigham Team Tent on Boston Common starting at 6:30am!
Q: Help! My Team Brigham race day shirt is too big/small?!
A: Please email team@bwh.harvard.edu with the new size you need. On race morning, starting at 6:30am, bring your old shirt to the Brigham Team Tent on Boston Common. We’ll do our best to exchange it for your requested size.
Q: When will I get my B.A.A. race day shirt?
A: Shirts are not mailed to athletes, and sizes are while supplies last. Athletes can claim their participant shirt race day at the Shirt Distribution Tent, which is located on Boston Common by the start/finish area. Shirt distribution will only be available race day between 6:30am and 10:30am on race day.

Q: What happens if I don’t complete my fundraising commitment by the deadline?
A: If you don’t complete your fundraising commitment by June 18 at 6:00am EST, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance. A reminder that everyone (no matter if you are a part of a team) is personally responsible for the following commitments:
In-person: $300
Virtual: $150
Q: Are check donations accepted?
A: Yes! Checks must be made payable to Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Please include this cover sheet with the check and mail the check to: Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Development Office, Attn. Ally Hickey, 263 Huntington Ave #318, Boston, MA 02115.
Q: Are there fundraising incentives?
A: Yes! You can qualify for great incentives when you go above and beyond your fundraising commitment. Everyone who kicks-off their fundraising with a self-gift of $50 or more will receive one entry into a chance drawing for Red Sox Field Box tickets! Plus, any participant who raises $150 or more on Global Running Day (TOMORROW) will be entered into a chance drawing for a Run Brigham YETI cooler!
Q: When will I get my fundraising incentives?
A: All fundraising incentives will be mailed to runners in July/August to the address you registered on TeamRaiser with. If you have moved, please notify the Brigham Running Team at team@bwh.harvard.eduASAP.

Boston 10K Registration – Action Needed by Friday, May 30
If you’re participating in person, this Friday, May 30 is the last day to complete your Boston 10K registration to have your bib number mailed to you before race day.
The $70 registration fee is paid directly to the B.A.A. and is separate from your fundraising.

Global Running Day Fundraising Challenge – June 4
We’re kicking off our first fundraising challenge on Global Running Day – Wednesday, June 4!
Raise $150 or more on June 4, and you’ll be entered into a chance drawing for a Run Brigham YETI cooler. It’s a fun way to celebrate the day and make an impact! The challenge is open to all teammates, and we will announce the winner on Wednesday, June 11.

Runner Registration – Complete Your Boston 10K Registration by Friday, May 30
In-person participants: Have you completed your official Boston 10K registration?
The $70 non-refundable race fee is paid directly to the B.A.A. and is separate from your fundraising.
To receive your race day bib number by mail, you must register by Friday, May 30.
If you register after May 30, you’ll need to pick up your bib on race morning at the Brigham tent.

10 Days of 10K Fundraising Challenge – June 12 to June 21
From June 12 through June 21, complete any of the following actions and you’ll be entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card. We’ll be selecting two winners each day:
Secure 5 gifts of any amount on your TeamRaiser fundraising page (self-gifts count)
Raise $500 or more
Log an activity in the Good Move app*

Q: When is race day?
A: In-person race day is Sunday, June 22 and starts at 8:00am. The Brigham Team Tent will open at 6:30am for our teammates where they can mingle, decorate shirts and signs, grab some fun tattoos, use private porta potties, etc. and take team photos starting at 7:05am!
Q: How long is the 10K race?
A: The race is 6.2 miles.
Q: Do I have to run the race?
A: NO! All fitness levels (runners and walkers) are welcome to participate.
Q: How old do I have to be to run in the Boston 10K?
A: Individuals must be 12 years old by June 22, 2025, to run the race in-person. If an individual will not be of age come race day, they can be a virtual teammate!

A: Yes, email team@bwh.harvard.edu. Please note if you already paid the Boston 10K (B.A.A.) registration fee it will not be reimbursed.
